The festive season is just around the corner. In addition to preparing snacks for the Christmas event at school or coming up with dishes for the Christmas dinner, you might also be tasked with deciding which gifts to give to your family – and maybe even to friends or other relatives. To give back: Charlie Braveheart
A showstopper for your tree, this hand-blown ornament. The glass balloon symbolizes health, freedom, and hope, and all proceeds go to the Charlie Braveheart Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to providing better guidance for sick children during medical interventions. Each year, the ornament is designed by Bibi van der Velden (the mother of the original Charlie!) in collaboration with Anna + Nina. With Wild Ride, you can easily take your toddler on the go, close to your body. Reading with Donnie
A storybook is always a good choice for young kids. In the colorful Donnie book series, children learn about diversity and inclusion through exciting stories. The first book, Donnie, follows Donnie who likes to wear dresses, but his friends don't understand why. The other books are currently only available in Dutch, but the first book is available in English.
Stacking stones
Open-ended toys, toys that encourage kids' creativity and imagination, are some of our favorites! With colorful stacking stones, children have a blast balancing and building the stones. This 48-stone set from Frummeltje is a complete option, but if you prefer a smaller set, the 16-piece set from Hema is a great option too.
