When do I receive a Naïf x Sticky Lemon sun hat?

Do you like our Naïf x Sticky Lemon sun hats as much as we do? Good news, you receive one for free when you order for >€30 of our sun products (aftersun lotion included!). Choose one for yourself or your mini-me. Add it to your shopping basket and the discount is automatically deducted.

If you want both hats or want the hat but are not in need of sunscreen you can also order the hats separately for €24,95 per piece.

The offer is valid from May 16th until June 12th 2022 and cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Maximum of 1 free sun hat per order. Limited stock available.

What are your delivery times for the webshop?

If you order before 22:00, your order will be dispatched on the same day during working days. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 working days.

International packages have a longer shipping time depending on the destination. If you have still not received your package after 5 working days, just contact us. Send us an email at info@naifcare.com or call +31 70 2210021.

What are your shipping costs?

We ship free of charge within the Benelux, Germany & Austria above €20. Below €20, the costs are €2.95.

For the rest of Europe the costs are dependent on the country, this is €10 or €25, but if you order for €50 or more, it is free. In the check-out you will find your shipping costs after you've entered your shipping information and country.

How can I return my product(s)?

If you've ordered online, it is not possible to cancel your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your products, you can return or exchange them within 20 days of purchase (return shipping costs are at your own expense). Send an email to info@naifcare.com or call us at +31 70 2210021.

Retours can be sent to: NAÏF CARE B.V. – Hellingweg 86 – 2583 WH – Den Haag. Clearly state your name and order number in the parcel.

If you've purchased our products at one of our in-store locations, the return policy of that store applies. Of course, we want to look at a possible solution for you.

Can I sent a postcard with my order?

If you shop a Naïf giftset or one of our other shining products, you can add a personal message for €0,50. Choose the option during the payment (in your cart) and write your message here. We will take care of printing it on a cute card and add it to your package. Do you want to sent your gift to someone else directly? Add the address of your family or friend in the delivery address section.

Will the giftcard be sent home?

The giftcard is digital and you'll receive it in your inbox right away! Ideal if you're a little late with your gift, and much more environmentally friendly.

I have a discount code for your website, how can I use it?

Fill in your discount code under the 'discount code' tab, which you can find after clicking 'payment' in the checkout.

Note: you can only use one discount code per order.
